Dr. Karen Naymik attended The Ohio State University, where in 2004, she received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. In 2008, she graduated cum laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose, CA. While a student Dr. Naymik was employed as a teaching assistant for the radiology department and also taught the Activator Methods technique. She was also involved in Sports Council where she administered on-field first aid and chiropractic care to athletes at numerous Bay Area sporting events. Dr. Naymik then spent a year practicing in Nashville, TN while receiving extensive training in nutrition.
Dr. Naymik is proficient in Activator technique as well as Thompson Drop, Diversified Adjusting, Kinesio Taping, and Graston technique. She is also happy to offer nutritional protocols and information on wellness and living naturally .
Currently, Dr. Naymik is practicing at Varckette Chiropractic in Worthington, OH utilizing the Activator technique.
Dr. Naymik, and her husband John, are parents to their daughter, Avery.
